I decided to make a move from Austin Tx to Colorado Springs. Not knowing much about the demographics of the city and neighborhoods that would fit my lifestyle I went to UTube to see who could help me out. I came across one of Marks videos and immediately was drawn in to his style, personal experiences, and a lifestyle that really interested me, I searched for more of his videos , binge watched them , and decided that I needed to give Mark a call and have him help me search for a home. After one call with Mark and a conversation that included what I was looking for as far as house , neighborhood, and price, he immediately went to work, and started to send me listings. He obviously listened as to what I was looking for because everything he sent me was something I liked. After a few weeks of constant conversations I decided to build new. Mark worked with me regarding available land , neighborhoods I would like and the style of house I wanted to build. It did not take long and I was under contract and building the house of my dreams. I had never thought I would build a home via emails and text messages and phone calls. Mark assured me that he would oversee the process for me and keep me updated on every part of the build. Mark sent me pictures of the phases, would call out things he thought were not correct like this was his own home he was building. Eventually I was able to fly out to check on the progress of the home and finally meet Mark. He took the time to meet me at the home , walk through with me and then took the time to show me around the city.. now that is customer service..6 months and now my home is completed, I will be moving week of 10/21 to close and Mark has scheduled time to assist me with the closing , offered to drive me to the title company and make sure the process goes smoothly. I would recommend that you go out and view Marks videos, get to know him and if looking to move to Colorado Springs or just looking for the home of your dreams.. Mark Davis is your Guy!!
